We ship worldwide by offering different methods of shipping and rates.
The shipment fees depends on the carrier that the client selects when checking out. This amount is always indicated before confirming your order for check out.
Shipment delays depends on the carrier and on the destination selected by customer.
All items are shipped from France.

Shipping fees do not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. Toasties will not be responsible for these expenses.

Return and exchange policy
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return.
We only accept returns from within the European Union.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The articles must be returned in their original packaging, with their label, in a perfect state of sale. Every return items will be checked and validated by our quality control.
The refund will be made on the card used for the payment by crediting it again under the name : “Toasties-paris.com” and within 30 days from the date of return. In general, the refund takes place 3-5 days after receiving the package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
